Week 10: media law

A media law case from 2009 involving privacy and First Amendment:

"It's Not a Toomah - Just a Headache for California Media"
California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger amended a privacy law this week to allow claims against media outlets if they pay for any photo or video of celebrities with, among other things, their families spending quality time they consider to be private.
